My tummy flattened after I finished a month's supply, but there has not been much difference in weight yet. The evening booster is my favorite, I love the taste very much. It did help curb my hunger.

Awesome product from Onecare. I have more energy in the morning and it helps a lot with my constipation problem. It tastes good too. Very glad that I bought the 6-month supply so I don't have to worry about running out.

I often experienced body shaming by people around me back then and it leads me to depression. My hormones were unstable and that caused my metabolism to be weak and hence causing excessive fat. So, I decided to give SuperFIT a try as well. The result surprised all my friends. Especially those who used to body shame me. My journey to lose nearly 30 kg is not easy, but i consistently consumed SuperFIT to help get rid of the water weight in the body and suppress my appetite. I may have consumed more than 12 months' supply in total to get the satisfied end results but every individual's body is different. It may take me a long time but I never give up. My initial goal to lose weight is for better health but of course, looking good is another bonus for me too. I was advised not to focus too much on the weighing scale because I could be gaining more muscle weight than fat weight. They never stop encouraging me and I started noticing my body weight has been gradually decreasing by 1kg at most every week. Because I have smaller bone structure, I didn't exercise until I managed to cut down at least 7-8kg. Since then, I started incorporating exercise and watching my diet to help fasten the process. 80% of food control and 20% exercise. If you exercise but eat unhealthily, you might want to exercise more frequently. My goal at the time was to try to hit 50kg. It seem hard but I never give up! And so should you guys! It has been two weeks since I consumed SuperFIT. I will drink each sachet before or during my meal and so far, I feel less bloated & my body feels much lighter. It also helped reduce my cravings as well! Superfit is magical, highly recommend it to everyone. Five star product!
